All our bikes and spares are covered by a 30 day warranty only if used properly under normal conditions,
receive all necessary maintenance and is serviced correctly according to the owners manual where applicable.
A manual is provided with all bikes and must be read before the bike is first used.
If you have not received a manual you must contact Quads Unlimited before using your
bike and we will dispatch you one immediately. Please ensure the bike you order is compatible both
with the intended user and the type of terrain you intend to use. Riding a bike that
is not suitable for purpose may put undue strain on engine parts. Remember to check the specifications
either on the web site or in the manual or contact us if you are unsure.
The warranty does not cover any of the following items....
Tyres, spark plugs, filters, hoses, fenders, batteries, general wear and tear, seats etc.
Any repairs or alterations undertaken by the customer will invalidate the warranty unless previously approved by Quads Unlimited.
Warranty does not cover shipping costs associated with the repair. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs and return costs.
No postage costs are refundable.
We operate a fair returns policy and will accept the return of any item sent to you which either does not
match your order or where the goods are faulty (please read the paragraph on Faulty Goods).
Additionally we offer a cooling off period of seven days from reciept of the goods.
In this time period if you are not happy with your purchase or decide you no longer want the item
you may return the goods to us for a full refund providing the item is unused,
returned in protective packaging and undamaged when inspected on return. You must ensure the returned item is
sent to us securely. Any returned lost items will be at the customers expense. If you decide to cancel you need to
inform us within the 7 days. This should be in writing or by e-mail. A telephone call is not enough.
The customer will be responsible for postage costs in both directions. Just the cost of the
item will be refunded. An invoice or customer reference must be included to enable us to identify your original
order. Any refund due will be issued within 28 days of receiving the returned goods.View the UK Consumer and Competition guidelines here
Once your order has been delivered you are responsible for checking the item to ensure all parts
are present and undamaged. Please do not use your purchase until you have reported
any missing or faulty items including manuals etc to Quads Unlimited.
Any problems must be reported within 24 hours and any faulty part(s) must be returned
to us within 7 days of the complaint. (see the returns policy above)
Reporting a fault
To report a fault either call us on our telephone number displayed on the web site or contact
us by email stating
the date of purchase and order reference number.
If you encounter any problems within the 30 day warranty you must contact Quads Unlimited immediately. Any faulty or
damaged parts must be returned for inspection before a replacement part is sent out.
If you are unable to identify the cause of the fault, please return the bike to us for inspection. If it is a manufacturing
fault the problem will be rectified by us at no extra charge. In the unlikely event that we are unable to repair the bike a
replacement of the same colour and type will be sent to you.
However, if the fault is caused by misuse or carelessness by the customer (please read the user manual and warranty exemptions),
any repair costs will be charged to the customer before the bike is returned. If you have not received a manual please contact us before riding your new bike.
Riding safely is the responsibility or the purchaser. The seller will not be liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of the products,
or neglecting to wear the proper protective equipment. Please read our safety page for more details.
